If you don’t give the 30 days’ notice in advance, you need to pay an Early Termination Fee (a Breaking Fee) of $95+GST.

As far as I tried, I could not find any survey and data about Just Energy’s customer satisfaction in 2021.

But, based on the survey “Customer Satisfaction with power companies” by Consumer NZ in 2021, “Powershop” is No.1 among major power companies in NZ.
