1) How to top-up your mobile phone

There are the following ways to top-up your prepaid mobile plans.

How to set up “auto top-up”

You can set up “auto top-up” for your Prepaid pack through Spark apps.

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in or register to access your account
3. On the Billing screen, tap the message about your balance
4. You’ll see the option to set an auto top up if you haven’t already
5. Choose an amount between $10 and $100
6. Choose whether you’d like to top up every 4 weeks or when your balance is low
7. If you have saved a payment method in the app, it’s already selected. Tap Change to use a different payment method.
8. Review and confirm the auto top up
